This practice is for whenever kids or families need a calming "reset". 
It would be perfect listening for a mindful brain break in virtual or homeschooling or to help calm and connect just before bed.
In this episode we practice calming mudras by placing our thumb on each of our fingers and imagining the sun, moon, earth, and universe.

I am powerful, like the sun.
I am gentle, like the moon.
I am calm, like the earth.
I am magic, like the universe
